This is a good follow-up thought to my previous sandwich post.
This video is amazing. It hits all the right marks. Apparently artisanal toast is a real thing. Artisanal toast is silly, obviously, but really if you've toasted nice bread in butter (((or duck fat) bacon fat) or some combination) in a cast iron skillet it’s tough not to notice the boost in texture and flavor. Nonetheless, making good toast isn't a new thing and certainly not an ego boosting or career making feat.
